Code of etichs
The Code of Ethics is one of the Group’s key tools for social responsibility and for promoting sound conduct among those who work within F.IMM GROUP, its broader ecosystem, and all stakeholders committed to advancing its mission.
The Code does not replace laws or contractual regulations, but rather complements them. There is often a gap between what the law prescribes and what occurs in everyday practice.
The purpose of the Code is precisely to reduce the uncertainty that accompanies decision-making.
Since one of F.IMM Group’s fundamental principles is the ability to choose and decide, it becomes increasingly important to define guidelines that support and facilitate these choices and decisions.
The Code is designed primarily to guide the behavior of those working in and for F.IMM Group, but it also aims to achieve additional objectives: strengthening internal cohesion and consistency, enhancing efficiency, and preserving a solid reputation.
Ultimately, the Code serves as a practical guide to help its recipients address ethical dilemmas which, in reality, are closely intertwined with organizational dynamics and entrepreneurial decisions encountered in daily operations.
The Code of Ethics must be understood as a guiding framework for the everyday actions of all its recipients and represents the foundation of the trust-based relationship that binds the Group to its employees, collaborators, and, more broadly, all parties with whom it interacts in any capacity.
